We produce raw materials on machines with a gauge from E18 to E 32, which allows us to make a variety of weaves with a wide range of basis weights. We use modern technological achievements of Mayer & Cie and Orizio, thanks to which the knitted fabrics are delicate, flexible, soft and pleasant in the hold. One of the technologies we use is paltter knitting. It is a knitting of special fibers into the fabric, giving them new usable features, such as low shrinkage, high resistance to deformation and high flexibility (we clad with Polyester, Polyamide and Polyurethane).
Dyeing is carried out on Thies machines of various payloads - from 100 kg to 900 kg of a single charge (in special cases we also make batchings smaller than 100 kg). This ensures high flexibility in order fulfillment and allows to maintain high color repeatability.
Among the specialized finishing machines we have a stabilizer from Brückner and a Ferraro compactor, thanks to which we can finish knitwear both in the sleeve ("in the bag") and in the open band ("in the cut"), depending on the client's wishes.
We have an internal quality control system. Laboratory in which each batch of goods is subjected to spectrophotometric measurement of staining and research of basic operational and quality parameters, such as grammage, shrinkage, durability of dyeing. The laboratory also develops new colors to the customer's order.
Many years of experience in the field of quality have been crowned with certificates. The Öko-Tex Standard 100 certificate - Class I for children's products confirms that the production of our knitted fabrics in the majority of manufactured assortments meets all requirements related to environmental protection, while ensuring safety and high comfort of use.
